NASCO Lifeguard Manual The Lifeguard Manual can be downloaded by anyone - feel free to leverage any material you find useful. The only thing we ask is that you tell people that this material comes from NASCO. Even though the material is being made available for your use, it is still copyrighted and the property of NASCO. Our mission is to reduce the loss of life due to drowning and if this manual can help you in any way achieve our mission then feel free to use it. The entire manual is in both Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat format. It is set up to be printed on both sides of the paper, so the margins are different on alternate pages.
